Dozens of employers want to formulate a good relationship with their unionized staff, but only have law firms mired in union busting to get advice from. Meanwhile many of our largest unions are operating from a playbook that is almost a century old, have a complacent membership, and can’t figure out how to connect to their members.

In order for our businesses to work efficiency, our organizations to exist with integrity, and our unions to be strong and cohesive, we need to adept at tackling an ever changing landscape for work, policies and practices.
